The fracas in the world within, looks like a fly, or maybe an insect. These insects start to eat up the soul and its products, unless you look inside and see how they look like.

But what of shadows? The shadows linger in a much more real, yet seemingly vague world. A shadow is a resilient entity, which can mingle with others to soften the dents of material life.

The world within is a world of shadows. When we turn within, the shadows camouflage the sores of the soul. However, some sores are best exposed promptly, lest we forget them... Sometimes the dents and poignancies of the material world, this so-called real world, find their way to the world within and cut so deep that no shadow can cover them up... These insects and needles and their shadows are analogies that identify the conflict of the material world and the world within.
